Giant’s Causeway

I was out with SteveD this evening at the causeway, and oh what an evening.
AndyVery nice.
I did not know that you can see sunset on that part of N.Ireland…..?I think that tonight is about as late in the year that the sun will set over the sea.
Goodbye causeway until next year!!

Cracking Shot as usual Andy… beatifully done, composition, light, shades, exposure (in this size of picture i can’t see any burned out details), everything perfect.
Stunningly simple yet effective. Cracking composition , timing and exposure. Says it all really.
I’d maybe have been tempted to go lower to the ground, to get some more foreground interest, but it’s your shot, not mine, and it’s stunning just the way it is!! Just some food for thought :)

Simply beautiful, can’t find fault. Andy, I guess that was last night?? I was up on Banone Beach last night. Was a beautiful sun set.
Excellent Andy. I’d be tempted to give a slight saturation boost to the sky and tone down the highlight just a smidgen. The blur in the water adds to the overall smooth feel. It’s surprising how well the water blurred at 1/3s.
Nice one Andy… great shot… its a place I have been meaning to visit for years…! Have to get off my arse….!
