Waiting for a train

I shot this in the Bronx watching a train leave the station while waiting for one going in the opposite direction.
I love the way the tracks lead you in and out of this shot… so many lines to follow! With great perspectives on the left hand side of the pic.
One thing I would consider doing is cloning out the tower (if that’s what it is?) as it is a bit distracting and against the flow of the picture. It’s also not dead straight which doesn’t help! Would you consider cloning out the few random clouds too???
ps: You must spend a lot of time waiting for trains/trams :P

I like this one much more than the people on the platform (that was yours wasn’t it?). I like the diagonal lines and it’s got a train in it – gotta love trains.
I really like this. Very graphic with lots of angles and parallels. Tones and contrast are doing it for me too.

Only when on holiday otherwise I never seem to use public transport. Did you even get the Sligo train?
I like it a lot – I think it could be a bit stronger an image if the sky were a fraction darker but I love the tones of the foreground – great bw/conversion as usual.
