Here’s a couple of shoots I took last August/September at the site of Cill Mhic Dhuach (Kilmacduagh) in the Burren. I was really lucky with the sky that day!
Lucky indeed! Fabulous skies. I really like all four shots, though I may be a little biased as I’m a big fan of old churches and graveyards (as opposed to cemeteries). The only thing that ruins so many of these places now is the profusion of modern polished headstones and gravemarkers that will still look completely out of place in another two hundred years. Nice work though.
Hey Dimy , great shots :). Lovely dramatic sky and great settings. Some images look a tad soft and others look a tad over sharpened so i would wonder about the print quality :?: Have you printed any yet ?

Yeah I printed them and they look fabulous, but it’s only 10x15cm. I didn’t make any large prints of them yet, but that’s maybe something for later. I am quite fond of exessive use of contrast and shadow/hightlights, but that’s just my personal preferred style :)
