Blackbird

Female blackbird in the garden from a week or two ago. Canon 20D & 300mm f4 IS. C & C welcome. MJ
As common as Blackbirds are, it is hard to get a clear shot of them. It’s a pity the branches on the right are in the way because you exposed her perfectly.

This was a real oppurtunity shot. It was taken out the window of my office at home. I’d say I was aroung 10ft away from her. The branch is as you said a bit of a pity.
