could maybe use a little cropping,
and the image is very large anyway,usually about 800 wide
or about 700 high

Fantastic detail in the wings.I would up the saturation a little and, as j said, a tighter crop would focus the eye more.
Excellent picture Brendan. Only comment to make is to repeat the one about resizing so the image can be viewed without scrolling. Nice work…
