Was driving around a derelict area when I came across this puppy tied up with a power cord
and the empty can that was his dinner
I went back there today to check on the dog and it is still being kept the same. I have reported in to the local SPCA who have said they will go out.

Keep us posted if you hear anything. Looks like a lovely wee dog.
