Hi there, came across the site while looking for information on cameras and have to say I like it a lot!
I’m fairly new to the whole photography thing but enjoying it and hope I can learn a few things as a member of the site.
If there’s anyone out there who knows any good places around drogheda to get some good pictures i’d appreciate that too!Welcome Neil.

Hi Neil…welcome to PI. Like yourself..I am relatively new to the whole thing and I have to say that this forum is the single most valuable asset I have discovered since buying my camera and if you stick around I know you will say the same soon enough.
Enjoy and I look forward to seeing some of your shots soon.
Btw…I’m sure there are members familiar with the Droheda area who will pass on any info regarding good shoot sites around Droheda.

Welcome to the site Neil. Lots of beginners, intermediate and advanced members here,
so no shortage of help available with just about any (photography related of course) query.
Regarding locations around Drogheda, there’s no shortage of those either.
Baltray, Anagassan, Clogherhead, King William’s Glen, the Boyne Cable Bridge, Battle of
the Boyne Site, Rossin… Pick up any tourist map and you’ll find a plethora of places to
park your tripod.Rob.
