  Thanks :D I used the Channel mixer adjustment layer method for the conversion which does seem to give better results IMO…

  great shot. well timed and good conversion.

  background is a bit busy but thats a fairly minor thing in this shot as the main subject holds your attention.

  Saw this during the week and never got around to commenting. I really like it. I think the contrast and conversion is great.

  Is a vote for PI really. Before I joined up here only a month or so ago..I would have just hit the convert to B/W button..or dragged the saturation slider all the way to the left.
