Great resource Gerry. I’m going to have to make myself a PDF of that for future reference. It’s probably a bit US-specific and what works over there may not work over here, but the basic principles of marketing are grounded in human behavioral psychology so it’s often just a case of adopting things for our own local market. And of course, just because it’s US-centric doesn’t mean that some can’t make it work over here under the guise of “new and innovative” :wink:
