120 slide film in Dublin..

  Anyone know where’s good to buy slide film in Dublin…good as in cheap. Just one roll of 120 slide film.

  And also if anyone knows where’s good to get 1 hour dev only on it…?

  Been a long time since I lived in Dublin and things may have changed since then (especially with the arrival of digital) but here’s what I used to do. If I needed slide film in a hurry, I tended to get it from Image Supply Systems (ISS) simply because they were city centre based and always carried a good and varied stock. But my normal source of film (when not in a hurry) was through 7dayshop.com.

  For dev. I used to bring it along to Filmbank on Baggot Street and they’d normally have it ready for me within 3 hours (I never asked for a faster service because 3 hours suited me – dropped off during my morning break and picked up during my lunch break).

  Gunns on Wexford street sell most formats of film. Not sure how they are on price as I never go anywhere else.

  I sure am glad delvopement of E-6 question was asked. I ran into this issue today now I don’t have to ask :) Now I just need to find the Filmbank, that is nice and close for me.
