Newbie in Ireland

Hello there!
I?m an artist from Finland and I moved to Dublin Few months ago. So I kinda left all familiar things and everybody I know there. So I?m looking for models for my new projects…. or maybe it better to say this way: Im looking for a way to do my art in Ireland.
So if here is anyone who is willing to help me and maybe quite a bit. I looking around if is any studio (other places like old warehouses interests me too) that I could rent for resonble price. (I just found this place and started to look this from up to down, so there is maybe a section for the studio renting and I found my answer there)
I also like to know if there is any website for amateur model or people who just wanto be infronta camera (Im not interested to use pro models in my work). I?m tryinf to collect material for a photobook, and sofar I know so few people in Ireland and Im not so sure what is the best place to look for new people.Im really badly into plastic toy cameras, and Im working quite a lot with Holga and Lomos at this moment. I used to do digital pics as my art.
Right now im into doing B&W works with Holga and other plastics. Im really into vintage pin-up girls, burlesque and everyting fetish or kitsch. I?m collecting material for a photobook, old vintage-kinda pin-up photos done with plastic cameras, and it seems to that Im working with that project for next uncountable months.

Coming from Finland, at least Dublin will seem warm, and cheap for drink, which is the exact opposite of most people’s experience of moving here :D
Love hunting out derelict buildings etc for shoots (I think it’s technical name is urban exploration) – I’ll keep you posted if I find any near Dublin!!
Can’t wait to see some more of your work!
