While at Focus I had a look at a home lighting kit which would be a good starting kit for someone
who wants a studio lighting setup on a low budget.

It is called “INT 120 Interfit EX150 Home Studio Kit”

Consists of 2 Flash Heads, I Softbox, I Umbrella, ” Lighting Stands & cables.
I think the heads also include Infera Red Triggering.

    Costs about ?199.00stg.

At least worth looking at !

The only problem with that kit is that the flash tube is not user replacable. you have to snd the head back to interfit for replacement.

apart from that it seems to be a good kit

Just bought the Kit after the christmas and it cost ?120 Stg plus ?13 shipping. I have a thread regarding syncing it via the ST-E2 and after tests I now know that its not suitable for studio flash.I am actually going to do some more test shots this weekend and will let you know how I get on.I am happy with it, its neat enough to set up (although the instructions are a one page job) Only thing I did not know about was the flash tube replacement , but thats for another day.Heres fingers crossed that they last a bit

bought it from http://www.karlu.co.uk by the way
