These one months olds are real “prima-donnas” to work with …they wriggle, wrinkle, cry, burp, poo… but isn’t she pretty .. I’m hoping one of these might be good enough to give printed as a gift .. So your C&C please people :)

First one is the print for me. She just looks really peaceful.
I like the second one but she looks kinda grumpy.
She must be a future Canon girl .
” Uh, is that a Nikon? ” – should be the caption on the second

    I go for no.1.

I think the light is too unbalanced in no.2

You gorra love her, like. Look at those lips!

Yep..another vote for No.1 Lorraine :D I love her little hand pressing against her cheek.

Prolly need to tone down the highlights on the gown beside her left ear a tad if you can but otherwise I’d be chuffed to recieve this as a gift if that was my baby.

Yeah, definitely No1 Lorraine, I ‘m sure the parents would love a picture of a quieter moment. Seriously though it is a lovely picture.

    one here too-

I dunno, it must be the eye contact thing,
get a feeling you weren’t fully engaging with the subject in number two:D
(number twos, whenever I see a cute kid, I think of number twos and it brings me back to earth)

The closed eyes thing is quite unusual and works well-
There seems to be quite a glow off her,
    how did you do that?

Cheers Soda & Tim , she was so ikkle and cute .. ;)

JB – regarding the glow .. I think its because I used the Channel Mixer (mostly the red channel) for conversion – she actually has milk acne at the moment so this gave me some help to reduce the skin blotchiness .. for number two she was just about to turn purple and explode .. (nothing to do with doing a nr 2, not that time  )

    Thanks for the feedback

Now I don’t know a lot about little babies,
but when I see one concentrating that hard,
    its usually about number twos.

Time to go back to its mammy.
    Or daddy.

Number one for me as well.
I went back few times and think that some crop from the right side will increase the focus on the baby…IMO.

Roberto – thanks for the comment and the tip … I’ll take a look at the crop before I print it ;)

    Cheers
