Well the funfair is in Portlaoise and myself and the better half brought our little girl to see the lights and the action. She had a fantastic time!

    C+C welcome!

And of course the obligatory shot of my little girl!

Very nice work Carl. I especially like number one here, very pleasing
composition, the slight angle giving it an overall tension, and great sense
of movement too. Simple and uncluttered. Out of all the images, that
    one’s the canine’s cojones imo.
Number two is spoiled a little by the ride beneath and the woman with the
man who has a terribly blurred face. The highlights in number three are a little
too much for my eyes to cope with, though I am particularly light sensitive.
As for number four, what can I say… what a cutie. Looks like she’s having the
time of her life. You must adore her…

Thanks a lot Rob, I personally like number 2 myself. Very interesting to see other peoples preferences.
And yes I adore her!

It is, isn’t it. The real interest though has to lie with the reasons behind the
preferences. I’ve told you what I see in number one, now what do you see in
number two that floats your boat. Maybe I’m missing something, like what you
intended me to see for instance…

    Rob,
I guess when I think of it, I went out with the intention of taking a shot like #2 so subconsciously that probably has something to do with my preference.
