So I was cycling to work one icy february morning when i took a corner and slid out inot the side of a car and decided to take the day off and shoot some photos. I walked to the top of my road and went to the park i havent been in for about 3 years.
I shot quite a few photos but this is one of my favourites

Then i thought id crop it
Now i dont know which i prefer.
Personaly I would not crop it at least not from the top as severely as that anyway. The houses look squashed in the cropped version. If anything I’d have went for a bit more sky and added a bit more contrast. :D
the photo has a nice feel to it
bar a few flaws(but thats how you learn)
the crop is a bit tight :DThe bench is central to the photo and is quite straight in the frame. The path and houses aren’t flowing at the same level. I’d look for an angle that didn’t allow the comparison in this one so that it may sit better. The conversion looks good though.
