Calling all Birders……Help with ID please!

Is this a female Marsh Harrier…….Its not right for a Buzzard, wings are too thin and tail too long I think.
Any views?I might agree with Marsh Harrier … the pale cheeks. And this is when they are supposed to start arriving in.

I think ye boys are right looks from the refernce books like a juv. bird. If it is a Marsh Harrier – good catch.
