Firstly .. i think its such a great charachter shot , such a quirky expression and it made me smile instantly .. so for me it works.. :D
Its good n’sharp and I like the low contrast. The composition is good – I like the negative space and the placement in the frame, I’d be tempted to look for the rest of his chin though .. if you have it ;)
To improve it .. i’d move the flash cathlights from the dead centre of the eyes

Unfortunatly I dont have one which incudes the bottom half of his chin
but it was one of the (unexpected)good shots so i only got 1 of it

field overall. A tiny shame about the cropped chin as Lorraine
said, but it doesn’t spoil the image. A little more contrasty would
be my preference but a good conversion nonetheless.
