Composition just right, nice and sharp, background nice and simple.
Not really a situation to pop a reflector in front of these guys!
Well done.The photo’s well-executed, but it has something of the tourist snapshot look about it. I think being able to see the legs of the two blokes would improve it.
I’m a bit concerned about the rough, tough Roman centurion type geezer who is wearing a ballroom dancer’s sparkly dress under his rough, tough armour. Big Nancy!

My thoughts exactly! I cringed when I saw it. The other chap’s garb is
fantastic though. As for including the legs, everything below the shot as seen
is just a swarm of heads…Rob.

Shame about the blokes’ legs, but cropping the top might improve it too.
There is usually with another old bloke in this costume without any teeth, who makes strange faces… It’s a pity, that I don’t have any shots of him.

Cheers Ali. The lens here is my trusty 50-200mm f/2.8-3.5, hardly ever
off my camera. Still haven’t really used my new 14-54mm f/2.8-3.5 all that
much, but plan on giving it a good run over the summer…Rob.
