Steps and Trees

MartinParticipant
Took this shot a few days ago in Memphis while visiting the Bill Clinton Presidential Center. Normally a landscape photographer so would be interested to hear what people think of this shot. Any feedback or suggestions to make these types of shots better is much appreciated
Taken in B+W Infrared, Lens was the Nikon 2.8D 20mm prime
Cheers
MartinPS: Hopefully the Street section is the correct place to post this type of image(has a path in it so did not know where else it might fit) :-)
jb7ParticipantMaybe not Street,
because there’s no people in it-Architecture for the steps,
Landscape for their insertion into a hill under a sky,
everything else a distand third-As Architecture,
I wonder why he included a grassy knoll behind the first tree?
Whatever about the far lamp posts,
the one peeping out on the right is a bit distracting,
a little change in viewpoint might have removed it-Nice Shot,
I like the ir,
bit of a Led Zeppelin feel to it-j

I’d definately clone out the telegraph poles.. and I’d be tempted to crop it at the bottom to get rid of the break in the concrete ..Lovely

MartinParticipantThanks for the feedback folks. Don’t do this type of photography much so any help is appreciated.
Might crop out the telegraph poles but I am normally not into this type of post processing but i suppose in these type of shots maybe you have to. To be honest i did not notice the knoll behind the first tree
In hind sight i should have left out the first tree and moved up the bank that way i would have missed the knoll and missed out the pavement at the bottom. Need to be more careful i suppose
If you get a chance could you give me your opinions on the post at the link below? No one has replied and i would really like you input especially on the first picture (please I’ll buy you a pint if we ever meet up:-))

Thanks again
MartinRobertoMemberI like the angle and the feeling of this photo.
After cloning out the lamp post and crop of the bottom part the photo will be good.
