i love the comp. and the detail in the sky, land and water, but for some reason the rock tones at the bottom seem flat to me (i’m at work on a crappy monitor..) beautiful scene.
bethVery nice shot i like it allot. Everything is balanced up nicely in it. You got it at the right time the wave just forming was well timed. Also like the way you used the rocks on the left hand side in the water to frame the picture
Would not change anything like it the way you presented it here

great timing to get the wave. some overexposure on the sky behind the hills but it doesn’t detract from the shot.
Lovely scene and i love the waves acts as a lead into the landscape :). I have to agree with beth, the foreground does look a tad flat and could do with a bit of contrast to give it a bit more punch.
thanks for the reply guys, my large version has more impact and contrast, and i looks great as a background on my IMac
