Know these are poor just need an id (he stood ther for ten mins with his wings like that shame i couldnt get closer)
may be wrong..but they look like cormorant to me?

yes, its a comorant. it should have a bright blue eye. they look similar to anhingas, but the comorant has that hook at the end of its beak and the anhinga doesn’t.
