SOLD Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro [Price Drop]
-
FintanParticipant
I haven’t been using this lens and I’d rather someone else tried their hand with it. Its in mint condition. ?450 is the price and this includes the ET-67 lens hood which I nearly passed out in Conns when I heard the cost.

FintanParticipantA few enquiries but nothing definite, still for sale. Great macro lens for all you nature-philes.

Heresy of heresies, I do actually own an AF Micro-Nikkor 105/2.8 D, which works perfectly (albeit with manual focus and stopdown metering) on my 30D ;)
Got it free from a demented (but undeniably generous) relative who’s gone all D50 and silent-wave DX lenses and had no use for it any more. He also saw fit to include a Nikon F70, a Tamron SP 500/8 mirror and a couple of cheap plasticky AF lenses in the box (a really nasty Cosina 19-35 and a slightly better but still pretty toylike Nikkor 35-80 f/4-5.6).Needless to say, opening it was like Christmas in July. I do actually quite like the Nikon, have shot a roll of film through it with pleasing results.
Must stop now before the Inquisitors gt the thumbscrews out…
GizzoParticipantGizzoParticipanti am really interested in this lens…

.Steve, try Aperture Priority and the 30D should set the correct shutter speed automatically as you adjust the Aperture ring.
