I’d prefer a less distracting background. The flower on the left is a bit distracting for me, if you took a step to the left and then took the shot you might have a nice clean outline surrounded by green.
A polariser, if you have one, might eliminate the reflection to the above left/right. I think this again might make the flower stand out more from the background. Also maybe try underexposing a little and using the flash to light the subject.
