Scanned from 8×10

Don’t ask me what type of film it was cause I don’t know.
All i do know that this one roll of film shot on someone elses
Canon has inspired me to buy my own ( i get it today )
When printed there is something a little special about the way the shots look.
It’s almost like the way people to say the Vinyl was “warmer”.
For me the printed 8×10 just looks like it has more depth and warmth.
Wish I had a better scanner though.joe_elwayParticipantVery commercial looking, Graham. Stick a jeans logo in there and you could convince me it was from a magazine. I’ll be interested in seeing what yee come with from your film processing day out.
GrahamBParticipantWhy thank you kind sir ( i think )
I do really really like this shot and I have no idea why.Yes the film day should be a blast. Have to get out and start shooting with the new toy
later today. Might even try and get some street shooting in this weekend.joe_elwayParticipantGrahamB wrote:
this weekend.
I hope you aren’t planning to shoot on Sunday. Should be sore heads all round :-) Be cool to see some comparitive shots, e.g. here’s subject A in digital and subject A in film to see how they compare.
I like this one. Different angle, good colours.
GrahamBParticipantThat was my plan Aidan – to look like a complete spa with two cameras dangling around my neck.
The only problem is that my pissing little scanner doesn’t do the shot justice.
The print looks brilliant though – much more vivid and warm.Oh and the best cure for a hangover is to go out taking pictures – always works for me anyway.
Plus I’ll be bringing both cameras on Saturday – Wahahahahaha ( evil laugh while stroking white cat )
ExpresbroParticipantVery colourful…very denimy…hehehe!!
Seen a few more on yer Flickr…looking good….be nice to see some street stuff and maybe some black and white.
So you gonna be the official photographer on Saturday night then?

Well I’m not singing so I have to do something other than drink.
Just got my new 300x – woo hoo – new toy day.Gonna explore the world of film for a while simply because of how impressed I am
by the way these shots came out.ExpresbroParticipantAm delighted for you. But you WILL be singing…!! This is not optional..hehehe!!
Prolly wont be able to shut you up…be like that guy in the movie The Wedding Singer….

Don’t you threaten me buddy
ExpresbroParticipantThreaten?? You call that threaten..? hehehe!!
When ya wake up one morning with the handlebars of your bike under the covers all soaked in oil…then you’ll know you’ve been threatened….
GrahamBParticipantAliParticipantLove it Graham , definitely commercial quality, simple and effective – the best way.
