In order to lift the Allaamat, they put the long metal bar inside the Allaamat Holder which has a strong harness around the shoulder and side of the Allaamat carrier.
Before the Allaamat carrier put the harness around his body, he should take ablution and make himself ready for these religious performance.
Although this structure is long and heavy based on how many appendages it has, the most difficult part would to balance it while he is walking with it. He would have few helpers in front and in the back of Allaamat in case if he feel tired or unable to carry it further.
