Well first off, the photograph shows you are capable of taking excellent exposures with good detail retained in both the sky and the foreground. However the foreground lacks any interest and the photograph overall apppears a bit on the ‘bland’ side. Try to find something of interest in the foreground, such as a tree or rock etc and get close to it with a wide angle lens.
Essentially what I am suggesting is that your composition needs more work, but your technical ability is fine.
