Couple of shots from the Phoenix Park last weekend. First time I’ve used my new Sigma 70-300 in anger..was quite happy with some of the shots I got.

Would be nice for a child’s wall as a poster :D Just has a magical feel!

Robbie some inclines in Phoenix park :lol: , seriously though have to aree with Sharon about the first one. How did you find the sigma got one myself last week hope to use it over the weekend.
Soda1st one is quite impressice for me, considering you have no IS. Think the last might be the best one.

SodaYeah..great Carl…was nice having that extra bit of reach..and in good light it seems to work fine. I’m very impressed so far..especially considering the price of it.
I haven’t tried out the close up end yet really…but I might get a chance at the weekend. Gonna take it out tomorrow evening with Graham for some street stuff…oh and yeah..,those hills in the Park are a killer…hehehe!!
Aiden..cheers…the Sigma does seem quite sharp and does a decent enough job of catching fast moving subjects like these.
