hi everybody,
I discovered that site by chance,while looking for informations on both ireland and photography
I just began photography and will probably spend a few weeks in ireland next week next year
So, any kind of advice would be welcomed, concerning what has to be seen there, or what type of equipment I should bring
Being a student, I don’t have much money to spend in material. I currently bought a pentax K10D with a 18-55 lens (pentax) and a 70-300 (sigma) (almost a wole year of savings…)regards
ps : sorry for the quality of my english, which may not be always really good or understandable (if that word exists)

Hi Jeanloup and welcome to the site you will find it a great resource for yout trip.You can travel light here in Ireland with normally a wide angle lens and a zoom that should cover all your needs.What kind of photography are you interested in???Might give us a better understanding on where to visit when you do some here.

I’m interested in all kind of photos, that’s the matter :) I’d like to be able to take photos in churches, museums as well as cliffs and landscapes or even street photos.Welcome Jeanloup.
The best thing about Ireland is that you can take photos in churches, museums as well as cliffs and landscapes or even street photos and probably do so all within 50 meters of where you’re standing.
