Sunflower

Hi Dara.
It’s a nice overall image, but the crop is a bit tight for me. I think the OoF seeds in the centre
would be less obvious if the whole flower was visible. I love the tones in your conversion though.Its good to see a mono version-
the colour can be so predictable-
and a sunflower is almost a clich? of itself-The shallow depth of field is nice too-
I’d say it looks nice in a print-

thanks for the comments guys, I really appreciate the feedback. THe poor flower is half dead, on a wider shot the flower looks limp … heres a wider view
I converted to black and white to try and get a more “end of life” type shot … shooting flowers is a lot more difficult then it appears :D
