Not sure about this one – Statue

  Hi All,

  Took this hand held at the long end of the tameron 28-300mm. Anyone like it at all or should I just bin it? :)

  Hi John,

  I don’ think it’s for binning – especially if it’s from the eternal city (may be wrong!).
  I think it needs to be cropped so that the statue is a clearer centre. There’s too much sky on top and I think the name on the plinth is a distraction too. Hence, I would crop so that the halo is equidistant from top, left and right, and I’d crop out the plinth from the bottom.

  I’d like to see this as a moody black and white John, there’s some lovely cloud detail which might look well if you brought it out?. just a thought…
