Where do you get your models?

    Hi,

For a shoot I have in mind I need someone to pose for me. I asked my girlfriend, told her there was no nudity involved, but alas no such luck.
I guess she had enough of me hovering around her with my camera all the time. It is not for any assigment or anything, just to see if I can produce the images that I have in my mind. I could even pose myself, but then I would need some assistance of someone to hold up a reflector, making sure nobody runs off with the camera, that sort stuff.

So I am basically wondering where I could find a partner in crime?
Someone who is not too shy to make a handstand in a public space.

    How about on a “You-help-me-out-one-time-and-I-assist-you-another-time”?

Is there such a thing as a website where ambitious new models try to become Ireland’s Next Top… where new/amateur photographers can help new Kate Mosseses to build up their portfolio? If not, would anybody be interested in setting one up with me?

    Any ideas or volunteers?

    Cheers!

http://www.folio32.com is a decent site. Not a whole lot of models from Ireland though (mostly NI). But, you never know your luck.

Yes, have a look in http://www.folio32.com. Many of the folk here came from http://www.imapp.co.uk which is now gone and closed and it has been replaced by http://www.folio32.com.

    Bst of luck
