Servicing for Nikon F3

  Hi – does anyone have any recommendations for Nikon servicing in the Dublin area. I just moved back to Dublin after 10 years in London and am unsure of where to go with this. I have a Nikon F3 which has power problems, despite numerous attempts at new batteries and cleaning the contacts I have no power – no LCD and shutter release not working. Mechanical release is fine and everything else seems OK – any suggestions very welcome. I love this camera :( and would like it up and running again if at all possible… Thanks. Rea

  theres a camera repair and servicing place next to DML on the canal

  I have not used them but lots of people tend to recommend them

  Thanks for the details on the Nikon Agent Eddie – I tried the guy at the camera repair centre (Steve’s recommendation) and he seemed to have a good idea of the problem (and tons of experience) so I will probably give him a try. Plus he is near to work so I can pop in at Lunchtime. Will try Nikon if no joy with the camera repair centre. Thanks again. Rea
