Hi, I have a problem with my printer. I used to have a regular PC, I printed pictures from it with the printer with no problems. Then I bought a laptop. I transferred the pictures across to the laptop and tried to print the same pictures, but the come out too dark and with worse print quality than from printing with the old computer. Any ideas? Same pics, same printer, different computers.
Thanks in advance for any help!!

Are you sure you have the correct printer driver software installed on the laptop?

There is a known problem with Epson printers if you print through the Windows Printer & Fax Viewer where the print will show up darker. Go to their website to update drivers to correct this assuming this is the problem. By the way, the viewer is with Windows XP.

    Hope this helps.

well I have the correct driver, its the one that came with the printer and that is the latest version according to the website. The only difference that I can add is that the laptop has vista and the PC had XP. Maybe that is the problem. I am printing with Paint Sho Pro X2.
