frog

and there’s my second pic. an attempt to shoot this not-so-cooperative frog… I can spot a lack of focus on the eyes, due to the fact that wasn’t simple keeping it in position..
and I am not 100% sure on the 3 red flowers on the right side… what do you think?

i think its a bit crowded with the flowers & all, would probably be better without the flowers actually.
Also i think if you capture the frog from the front it would be better (hard to get i know) but a good effort non the lessDerek

Like you say..it’s not so easy to get a frog to cooperate and look right at you..but it would improve the composition to have the reptile looking at you or at least in a forward direction.
The focus is good and your depth of field is nice. Keep at it
