Microsoft and Phase One Form Strategic Alliance

Interesting. I can’t make up my mind whether this is a good or a bad thing, precedent with the involvement of the Beast of Redmond would tend towards the latter. I’ve never personally used Capture One – not that I’ve anything anything against it, there’s just always been a better/cheaper alternative around. I believe though it’s been taking a hammering from Beast 2 (aka Adobe) of late, so it may be the best thing for them, and would see a bit of competition return to the raw processing arena.
