Another occasion where a tripod comes in handy-
    you can try hand holding,
but there is always the risk of motion blur-

Better luck next year, I suppose-

I really saw the motion as part of the picture JB. I felt it
brought an immediacy to the photo. It was an attempt to
let the viewer feel what it was like to be there. Maybe it didn’t work.
Or maybe you’re bound by your “rules” for photos and need to loosen up a bit?

    Clever clogs…

You couldn’t embed a sound file to go with the image, so you
just make the image as noisy as possible.

I notice you posted in Lo Fi Photography. What did you take this
with, and have you put it up on ebay yet with some stretched truths
    regarding its efficiency? ;)

    Despite the noise, I’m not getting that feeling of being there either Pete;
but I think that to do with that lack of colour mostly, my favourite part of
    any firework display.

The noise was a bit of a problem Rob, before I ran a very extreme
PS filter that got rid of about 90% of it. What you see is the remaining
    10%.
It was taken with my moby. I also got some movies and they include sound.
I can’t post them here, but let’s just say I feel a career in Hollywood beckoning.

I must tell Reets, but of course you’ll have to pay her the full Equity rates now… ;)
