For sale: Canon 20D and 17-55 2.8 IS lens

  I love thhis camera and lens combination…Fab for low light. However I have too much equipment at the moment.
  Anyone interested in either or both? They are in excellent condition as they have only been used as back up to my 5D.
  Not sure what the value is.

  Hi Biddy,

  A few questions for you…

  How much for the lens by itself?

  Has it a hood/pouch?

  Just to be sure:

  – can it do f2.8 throughout the entire zoom range?
  – Is it USM?

  The lens is one year old.
  It is perfect with hood, very little use.
  The camera was bought sometime last year. Will have to check receipt.
  It is also perfect but the sensor probably needs cleaning.
  I would like ?1300 for both but am open to offers.
  The lens cost ?1200.
  At the moment I am not prepared to sell the lens separately but may reconsider.

  Have you reconsidered selling the lens separately? Your original post did ask if anyone was interested in either or both – does that not suggest selling separately!? I’ll offer ?350 for the lens
