Here are two more images from the same shoot. Remember, she was on her way out to work and nothing was prepared, as in lighting etc

I like both of these (ok I know nought about portraiture) Probably too much hair across the face on the first, lighting seems nice.
Background on the second (I know you didn’t really have a choice) is distracting.Good model, you should definitely get her to pose for you more.
For me the second one looks natural but not the first, maybe too much posed. The second is more dynamic and interesting.
