  Hi Michelle & welcome to the site.

  This is a nice one! Simple! Initially I looked at it and said that the verticals were off but looking at it for some time I think you were right to leave it exactly the way it is. When straightened the guy would have looked uncomfortable, I think.

  Nice conversion too!

  Nice shot. Good conversion.
  Maybe a little more space on the top. I feel the crop is a little tight.

  Incidentally, I can see that spot from my desk…

  This is nicer than the previous shot I commented on Michelle. Less cluttered…more considered composition and overall a more pleasing shot to the eye I think. It tells a story and holds the interest imo.
