i was trying to photograph the new big wheel outside belfast city hall when a bus drove by. giving an interesting effect to the image.
It’s definitely an interesting effect. I think it would work better if it hadn’t obstructed the background though. If you had been able to capture the scene from a higher vantage point then you could have got the streak effect from the bus and the clear ferris wheel as well. Just a thought though. Definitely a site worth a revisit IMHO.
Cool effect, no what if’s it just happened and your result is worthy of a post.. nice one
