I thought there was something ironic about what was presented to me when I had my eyes open this morning. I don’t know about you but safe is a word I don’t think I could use by looking at these attached to a rust bucket.
Oh yes, I really like this Alan. Excellent composition.
Well done in spotting where the shot was. Would have
been all too easy to end up with a cluttered mess…
Like the processing too. High pass?
Your words keep ringing backto me “Sometimes it’s what’s under your nose that makes the best pictures” (or words to that effect)-
Yes agree with Rob.. well spotted
Thanks Rob. The processing was quite simple. Spend several hours on New Years Eve nursing a sore head searching for actions and presets for Lightroom and PS (you know how it is when you get these notions). Then find one called 300. You’ll find it here: http://inside-lightroom.com/colour.php
There’s a few presets from a guy called Sean McCormack too, Seanmcfoto, or something. Maybe you’ve heard of him  . It’s probably one of the presets that I’ll be calling on regularly as it has a great finish that this one doesn’t even do justice to.
Cheers Pat. I saw this and came back to it. Yup – it’s the things under your nose…
