Editing Rates per Image

  Hi everyone,

  I have just been offered “steady” freelance work from a potential new client. They what to outsource their digital processing to me, but wish to pay on a per image basis. I normally charge an hourly or daily rate. Is there anyone else out there working this way, if so what would be an normal rate and how do I charge for trickier images that might take up more time than usual?

  Any help here would be much appreciated.
