Not really big enough to count as a landscape, so I thought this was the best place for it.

The image seems very cluttered. The path at the bottom is distracting IMO and the big bush is not enough to hold any interest for this picture so I think this shot is searching for a focal point. There’s very nice colours and a good variety of vegetation in the shot but I don’t think the angle that you shot this from does the scene justice. Hope I’m not being too harsh…
On the plus side, everything looks nice and sharp.

No, not at all. In fact I remember that when I took this picture I was conscious of not really knowing how to make the best of the subject matter. Your comments make complete sense. Maybe I should have used the fountain as a focal point. I remember that I would have liked to use the fish, but their being underwater made it seem too tricky.
