The tree at the ruin

I thought I’d try and do a B&W conversion on a shot I’d taken of a tree at a ruin nearby.

Any thoughts on how it could be improved?

Nice post processing and nice sky. Only suggestion from me is that i would like it to be zoomed out a bit more to have more room around the tree as i think its a small bit to tight. By zooming out the tree in the background might have played more of a role in the pic also

I’ve been having a look at this,
and I don’t think you’ve got in close enough to the tree-

One thing I was looking at was removing a little from the bottom-
    up to the left doorway-
and a litle bit more off the tom-
    to make a squarer format.

I think it produces a more balanced picture-

I’m not really convinced about the rotated frame though-

    Nicely conversion, works well-
