Not the Normal Portrait!!

Working on a portraiture project, shot these pictures yesterday in the studio, but on the weird side, but that’s me!!
Would be grateful for some C&C on these, esp the first.

Sinead.Definitely unusual subject matter. I like the first one the way the body and head are out of focus. I think it works well for this shot. Maybe the ehad is a tiny bit too out of focus but its an awkward call to make not being able to compare with another shot.
I don’t think your model will be happy with you showing off her feet like that though. haha

Hi Brian, cheers for the feedback.. They were all shot at f4.. So the DOF is pretty much the same in them all. This was the first shot of this pose, I liked it but the background on the top left corner was bugging me, tried loads more after that but didn’t quite get the same angle.
Here is another one.
Hopefully Karen wont mind having her feet up here, fair play to her for playing dead for an hour and a half!! It wasn’t all serious, we did manage a few laughs!!

I like the first one :) Maybe darken the bottom left and top right corners a bit to add to the diagonal read.

Cheers for the feedback Si, I will maybe have a go at darkening the corners, although I’m rubbish in PS!! I think your right, think it will make the picture read better.
