lil help with a mates budjet

ok a mate of mine has a budjet of 600 euro and is looking to get a camra a lens and a flash.. tbh im stumped at what he can get for that. also no ebay this time and any make will do im sure and im sure a second hand body wont go astray either

I’m looking for something that has a good continuous shoot mode for action photos. A decent lense and pop-up/attachment external flash, all for in or around 600E mark.
6megapixels would suffice, and there doesn’t need to be alot of swanky features :)
Appreciate any other ideas you lads could come up with.
(PS: Price *could* possibly be stretched a bit, but try to keep around 600E. Cheers)

Was thinking of the bottom right bundle on this page as a possibility. Little bit more pricy but I could possibly get the funds together for it.
