Ok here it goes my first post – essentially a test to make sure I’ve got the sizes right? If its too big I’ll resize.

Good shot, very sharp. Good use of DOF.
In order to get more feedback try imbedding your image in the post, you will get a lot more views.

    Keep posting,

    Stephen.

Thanks Big Fella. How do I go about imbedding the pic in my posting? When I click Add image to post ‘Postimage.org’ automatically prompts for pic – is there another way? regards

Wrongfont, I resize the image in PS, upload to photobucket where you get 4 options for linking images. the one you want is for forum posting, copy the link and paste it into you post. I find this the easiest way to imbed images. You do have to register on photobucket but its free and handy for storing images. This is the same as option 3 in Haukes Link. Hope this helps.

Here it is, though it is still a little bit on the big side, should be a max of 800 on the longest side.
The only thing you were missing was the first square bracket [.
Oops, look like you posted then deleted while I was composing a reply, give it a go yourself anyway……Mikka

Wrongfont, when you open the image in photobucket there should be 4 options under the image to link your image, just left click on IMG code once,(its #4 on the list) it copies itself, then paste this link into your post, it should work.

    Stephen.

Beat me to it Mikka
