Two rugby images from the weekend

  Well, I decided I’d post two images, taken at the final game of the season of the AIB League Division 2 between Suttonians and Bective Rangers.

  Both images could do with a tigther crop.

  First image has a great sense of action and movement in it.

  Pity the second image is missing a foot, but good action image all the same.

  I normally keep the images in an 8×10 ratio (handy for generating prints). But for web, yeah, they could be cropped tighter.

  I wasn’t concerned about the leg being cut. I was covering the game from the Suttonians side, so the opposition player was secondary to my assignment and the action.

  I hope to expand my sports portfolio in the coming weeks, adding some LOI football and also hopefully some county GAA games.

  Might be time to do a little revamp on my pages, to give the sports more visibility. :)
