Permajet Gloss vs Ilford Smooth Gloss

  Hi

  I have been using Ilford Classic papers up to now with a HP printer but I recently bought an Epson R2400.
  I am looking for a good gloss paper for the R2400, I really liked the Ilford Classic Gloss but it won’t work the R2400.
  Has anyone compared the Ilford Smooth Gloss with the Permajet Gloss 271 paper?
  Which did they prefer? Is there a similar gloss paper to the Ilford Smooth Gloss that I should also have a look at?

  Hi Darragh, I don’t have any experience with the Ilford paper but the PermaJet Works great with the 2400, The Gloss is even better on the R1800 / R1900’s though.
