setting up photos for print

  Just editing me thesis pics at the mo. Here’s the layout they have to be:

  A4 size paper
  2cm margin at the top of the page, 1cm margin on the right hand side and 2cm margin on the left to facilitate binding
  numbered pages

  I’m editing the shots in CS3 and i’d like to know how I set the up for this, i’ve never had to print shots before except ones with a simple border. I’ll also be including captions. Is there a way of setting up a template A4 size canvas with those margins that I can work my photo/caption into? I’ve a lot to get through so the simpler and more efficient I can do it the better.
